Commercial Steel Framing

REPco has designed and engineered steel-framed commercial buildings, from small restaurants and storage buildings to 120,000 sq. ft. schools.

We will supply the complete steel frame building kit or specific systems incorporated in the design, such as roof systems, re-roof systems, mezzanines with and without support walls or post systems, and truss systems for the floor or roof. All of our steel-frame commercial buildings or assemblies are pre-engineered and supplied according to the codes associated with the area in which they are to be built. If engineering seals are required, they will be supplied as required.

Our designs incorporate galvanized steel members with screw and bolt connections that enable us to span roofs in excess of 100′ and floors and mezzanines 35′ and beyond. Mezzanines can be designed for the installation of concrete with a capacity in excess of 100 lbs. per square foot.

Floor and roof trusses may be shipped to the jobsite assembled or broken down into components based on the needs of the particular job. With REPco’s flexible system, many thousands can be saved on a large project versus typical I-Beam and bar-joist systems. Let us quote your next job for structural design and supply.

Union City Fire House

The building has 9000 sq. ft. under the roof, with clear roof spans of 60'.

REPco was asked to design the structure for a super-efficient firehouse that was to be totally solar powered.
